Functionality and comfort

Electropulse hardening

The tips of the teeth are heated to an extremely high temperature for a fraction of a second. Because only the cutting part of the tooth is heated, the rest of the tooth remains flexible. Induction hardened teeth have up to three times longer life than unhardened teeth. You can recognize them by the characteristic black coloration of the tips.

Unseparated teeth

The teeth are precision ground directly into the blade and each has four cutting surfaces. Due to the lack of tooth spacing, the saw cuts directly into the material, reducing wood damage by up to 50%.

The blades are ground to a biconvex shape:

• The middle part is the thinnest,
• The upper part is slightly narrowed.

• Longitudinal cut (in the direction of the wood grain),
• Cutting at an angle (mitering).
